experience. Carolina Beach Athletic Club is located at 105 Winner Ave,

Our gym offers state of the art cardio, pulmonary, and resistance
equipment. We have professional personal training staff in the area.
In addition to one-on-one personal training sessions, we also offer
instructional MMA training. This and other types of unconventional
training styles are offered in our private, fully padded boxing studio
and newly designed outdoor training playground.
We are proud to announce that our 1500 square foot Outdoor Fitness Playground is now open and ready for use. As you can see, we do not conform to just one type of training technique. We work hard to incorporate many different training styles into a fitness program for every client and member.
At Carolina Beach Athletic Club (CBAC) you will find the most naturally light and motivating environment in the area. Our fitness equipment list includes but is not limited to: free weights (squat racks, smith machines, bench presses, and pro style dumbbells ranging from 1 pound to 120 pounds), Box jumps, Life Fitness selectorized machines (suited to meet the needs of every muscle group with the convenience of pin selected weight change), and a cardio selection like no other. We also offer a Life Fitness 9500 heart rate model: ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, Stairmasters, Stairmills, and rowing machines. Our Life Fitness resistance line includes unique bi -lateral machines (L.F. Cable Motion Line) which are designed to give the user a wider range of motion, allowing for more stimulation of the stability muscles. CBAC has 7 pieces of Hammer Strength plate loaded iso-lateral machines to give you the free weight feel with the safety of a resistance machine.
Our gym, located in Carolina Beach NC, offers personal training services with educated caring, friendly and experienced trainers in the area. We include Cardio, Resistance, Strength training, Endurance, and nutritional counseling with all our packages.
WE WILL Be OFFERING ONLINE TRAINING through our web based software system soon. With this software you will be able to train on your own while we set up your program and give you exercise descriptions with animated exercise demonstrations.
We will also be offering kickboxing classes, strength training classes, and core classes.
Our gym is open 7 days a week; 5 a.m to 9 p.m and 8 a.m to 4 p.m on weekends.
